1. Our services

Luxe Inquiry operates an inquiry-based marketplace for luxury bags, jewelry, and related goods. Product pages display items for browsing; prices are generally provided upon inquiry and are subject to confirmation of availability, condition, and other commercial terms. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding purchase until we issue a quote and you accept it in accordance with these Terms and any instructions shown in your account.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or place an inquiry. You agree to provide accurate registration and contact information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

• An inquiry is a request for pricing and availability. It is not an order until we provide a quote and you accept it.

• After you accept a quote, you must complete payment as instructed (typically bank transfer) and, where required, upload payment proof. We may verify payment before preparing shipment.

Catalog displays, offered prices you enter, and promotional messaging are informational and do not guarantee a final sale price. Bank transfer details, currency, and reference requirements will be provided with payment instructions. You are responsible for any bank fees, intermediate bank charges, or currency conversion costs charged by your financial institution. Title and risk of loss transfer according to the shipping terms confirmed for your order; until payment is verified, we may decline to ship.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, carriers, and timelines depend on destination, product type, and logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. You must provide complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or refusal of delivery arising from incorrect addresses, customs regulations, or carrier events beyond our reasonable control.
